As a courtesy to our patients we will file the claim for you; however, you are responsible for your portion of the bill. We will strive to maximize your reimbursement. Payment of your portion is due on the day of service.
For your convenience we accept all major credit/debit cards and personal checks.
We also provide financing through CareCredit. Please follow this link for online credit application.
